Before you choose a Pet Urn, you should ask the crematorium about the amount of cubic inches of cremains/pet ashes you can expect to receive after the cremation process of your pet is complete. This amount depends on the size of your pet, type of cremation (Individual, Private, or Communal), and the amount of processing done to the cremains after cremation.

The cremation industry standard is:

1 cubic inch of space for every pound of healthy weight
